(loading may take a while, but it's worth it !)
Bali is around 140 km wide and 80 km long, with huge mountain
range runs almost all along the middle of the island.
In addition, because it is located at 8 degree just South of the Equator, Bali’s weather
is a tropical one, with only two major seasons each year : dry and wet.
The average annual temperature here is around 28 degrees Celsius. It gets
cooler closer to the mountains and warmer towards the oceans.
There are around 3,5 million people populate this island today, with around
300,000 of them live in the biggest Balinese city, Denpasar, which also happens to be the
capital city.
Other major tourist areas in the island are : Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, and Ubud.
Each of these places offers different ambience (please refer to ACTIVITIES section).
