Almost all Balinese believe in Hinduism that has evolved into a religion
totally different from Hinduism that strives in India today.
The religion Balinese adhere to is called Agama Hindu Dharma, a mixture of ancient Hinduism,
Buddhist elements, Javanese influences, and indigenous practices.
Balinese believe that a human' most basic duty in life is to maintain the harmony between various
forces : good or evil, seen or invisible.
